Project Details
Provide NEPA contamination support for FDOT D7, including preparing Level I Contamination Screening Evaluations, managing Level II Assessments and Level III Remedial Action Assessments, preparation of Environmental Documents, providing contamination assessment report reviews, providing impact analysis during scoping, progress, and phase update meetings, assisting with development and negotiation of staff hours for contamination aspects of project scopes, assisting with development of contamination aspects of project scopes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for handling and disposing of hazardous materials or contaminated media.
Tasks
- Act as an extension of FDOT D7 staff reviewing Level I, Level II, and Level III contamination reports and offering analysis for potential contamination impacts to proposed projects.
- Coordinate between project managers, contractors, internal staff, and external stakeholders regarding contamination impacts and project timelines.
- Prepare Environmental Documents regarding potential contamination impacts of proposed projects.
