
Nancy Scott
President/Principal Scientist
As Principal Scientist, Nancy has extensive experience managing and conducting environmental planning studies, state and federal permitting and ecological assessments. Nancy has acted as the Environmental Lead on many alternative delivery (design-build, phased design-build) transportation and water resources projects totaling over $2 billion dollars. She is well versed in NEPA documentation, state and federal environmental permitting, and listed species surveys and permitting requirements.
Nancy has extensive experience in habitat restoration and mitigation design and developed and permitted thousands of acres of wetland enhancement and mitigation projects throughout the state. Her past experience working for a Water Management District gives her unique insight into the permitting process. She has built excellent relationships with regulatory staff, scientists, contractors and engineers that increases the potential for successful collaborations. She manages all aspects of environmental projects including coordinating teams of multi-disciplinary professionals.
