FDOT District 1: Environmental Management Office (EMO) Continuing Services Contract

Project Details

This contract is a Continuing Services Contract for the Florida Department of Transportation District 1 Environmental Management Office (EMO). The contract is intended to support EMO for various tasks ranging from environmental and engineering analysis, document reviews, in-house project management and environmental project management roles, and public engagement services.

Tasks

  • Project Manager and Environmental Lead responsible for augmenting District staff to assist with management of PD&E projects, feasibility studies, review of PD&E documents.
  • As the CSC Project Manager, additional responsibilities included coordination with District PM on task work orders, development of staff hours and scope of services, completion of invoicing, reporting and financial tracking of the contract.
  • Management of the re-evaluation program for major design-bid-build and design-build projects for both state and federally funded projects
  • Project Management Support for major PD&E Studies
  • Technical document support for all levels of PD&E Studies and re-evaluation documentation; review of planning consistency documentation; and review of public involvement documentation.
  • Protected species surveys and Section 7 consultation
  • Phase reviews for design plans
  • Section 4(f) documentation
