Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, Hillsborough County, Florida. This on-going project involves the widening of 5.6 miles of urban roadway. The project is divided into three segments with three different design consultants. As the lead environmental consultant for Hillsborough County, Earth Resources is responsible for coordinating the environmental permitting with the other consultants, wetland mitigation design for all three segments, preparation of the ERP application, wetland delineation, UMAM analysis and gopher tortoise permitting and relocation.

Citrus Park Drive Extension, Hillsborough County, Florida. Earth Resources is assisting the project engineer with Corps 404 permitting including preparing an alternatives analysis in accordance with NEPA guidelines, wetland delineations, wetland mitigation design and coordination with the USFWS regarding protected species for this new segment of roadway.

Design-Build Contract Nine Mile Road from 10A (Mobile Highway) to SR 297 (Pine Forest Road) (281605). This project involves the multilane construction of approximately 5.8 -miles of roadway. Earth Resources is assisting with the protected species surveys and permitting, wetland delineations and environmental permitting.

District 7 District-Wide Gopher Tortoise Support Services. Earth Resources is part of the team selected to conduct District-wide gopher tortoise services including gopher tortoise surveys, permitting and relocations for various projects on a work assignment basis.

SR 70 from East of Jefferson Avenue to East of CR 29 in Highlands County, Project Development and Environmental Study (414506-122-01). This project involves a study for the widening, rehabilitation or replacement of State Road 70.E Earth Resources is assisting the engineer with evaluating the effect of the project on wetlands and protected plant and wildlife species and preparing the Wetland Evaluation Report.

Old Kings Road, Flagler County, Florida. This project involves the widening of 6 miles of roadway from two to four lanes for the City of Palm Coast. Approximately 2 miles of the project is new alignment. Earth Resources was responsible for the wetland delineations, protected species surveys, mitigation design and environmental permitting.

S.R. 686 at 49th Street Flyover, FPID 256996-1, Pinellas County, Florida. Project Manager. This on-going Florida Department of Transportation project involves constructing a flyover at S.R. 686/Roosevelt Boulevard and 49th Street. Earth Resources is responsible for permitting through the SWFWMD, ACOE, FWC and USFWS, delineating the wetlands and surface waters within the project limits, conducting ecological surveys, preparing a woodstork foraging habitat analysis.

S.R. 686 49th Street Bridge to Ulmerton Blvd., FPID 256997-1, Pinellas County, Florida. Project Manager. The Florida Department of Transportation is reconstructing S.R. 686/Roosevelt Boulevard from the 49th Street to Ulmerton Road to a sixlane divided controlled access expressway with two one-way urban frontage roads. S.R. 686 is currently a four-lane divided facility. Earth Resources is responsible for ecological surveys of the proposed pond sites, preparing the environmental section of the pond siting report, wetland delineations, and environmental permitting, protected species assessments including conducting a wood stork foraging analysis to quantify impacts and mitigation to wood stork habitat and SWFWMD ERP and ACOE Section404 permitting.

S.R. 60 from Turkey Creek Road to Clarence Gordon Jr. Road, FPID 423053-1, Hillsborough County, Florida. This Florida Department of Transportation Project involved the resurfacing of 4-miles of roadway and the construction of sidewalks. Earth Resources was responsible for wetland delineations and environmental permitting.

Gornto Lake Road Extension, Hillsborough County. Phase I of this project involved preparing a PD&E study for approximately 0.33 miles of a new road alignment. Phase II involved the design and permitting of the new alignment.
